Short version: We only collect what we need to run the store and the Discord bot: your login details, your orders and your support tickets. Payments go through Stripe, PayPal or crypto processors, and we never see your full card details. The Discord bot does not store any messages or personal data. We don't sell your data.

Who we are

iistupid.com ("we", "us") is an online store that sells digital products, including ii Engine and ii Tracker. We also run a Discord bot. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the website or the bot and what we do with it.

What data we collect on the website

Account data

- Email address

- Password (stored in encrypted form) or one-time login codes

- Two-factor authentication settings, if you turn them on

Discord data (if you log in with Discord)

- Discord user ID, username and avatar

- Server membership, used only to give you your buyer role automatically

Order data

- The products you buy, order numbers, prices and dates

- Your account balance, if you use one

- Reviews you leave

Payment data

Stripe, PayPal or a crypto payment provider handles your payment. We do not receive or store your full card number. We only get confirmation that the payment went through, plus basic details such as the payment method and transaction ID.

Support data

Messages and files you send through support tickets.

Technical data

IP address, browser type, device information and cookies, which are needed for logging in, keeping your cart and preventing fraud.

Discord bot

Our Discord bot answers commands such as .help (shows the list of commands) and .8ball (gives a random answer to a question), and replies in the same channel.

To know when someone uses a command, the bot reads messages in channels it has access to. It only checks whether a message starts with its command prefix. Messages that are not commands are ignored right away.

When a command is used, the bot temporarily uses:

- the text of the command message

- your Discord user ID and username, so it can reply to you

- the server and channel ID, so it knows where to reply

The bot does not save, log or keep message content or personal information. Data is only held in memory for the moment it takes to send a reply. Server admins can remove the bot at any time by kicking it from the server. Because the bot stores no data, there is nothing left to delete.

- To prevent fraud, chargebacks and abuse

- To keep the website and bot secure and working

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who we share data with

We only share data with services that help run the store and the bot:

- Payment processors: Stripe, PayPal and crypto payment providers

- Discord: for login, role assignment and the bot

- Hosting and store platform providers: to run the website and the bot

Cookies

We use cookies that the site needs in order to work, for example to keep you logged in and remember your cart. You can block cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site may stop working.

How long we keep data

- Account data is kept until you delete your account.

- Order and payment records may be kept longer when tax or accounting law requires it.

- Support tickets are kept for as long as they're needed to help you.

- The Discord bot keeps no data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU under the GDPR), you can:

- ask for a copy of your data

- ask us to correct or delete your data

- object to or limit how we use your data

- file a complaint with your local data protection authority

To use any of these rights, open a support ticket.

Security

We use encryption, secure logins and two-factor authentication to protect your account. No website is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

Children

The website and bot are not meant for children under 13, in line with Discord's Terms of Service. If you are under 16 and live in the EU, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the date at the top will change.
